March 2023 Tues. & Thurs. - batting practice --- starting time will vary depending on weather. March 15, 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. ------ Spring sign-up meeting at Wild River Brewing and Pizza in Medford. Pizza will be provided by RVSA. Get your paperwork filled out early. We will review rules and answer any questions you may have. Fill out your application/registration form and turn it in with the $40 registration fee at this meeting. March 22, 29, and April 5 --- Pick-up game for those who want to show up. Teams will be formed similar to the games we play in the fall after the official season is over. New Players are strongly encouraged to come out to these games. Games will start at 9:30 a.m. Please arrive by 9:15.
April 2023 Tues. & Thurs. - batting practice. Thursday, April 6 ---- RVSA Board will meet and form the teams. Wednesday, April 12 ---- Day League starts and continues every Wednesday through Sept. 27. Report to the fields by 9:00 a.m. so a general meeting can be held and you can find out what team you are on if you don’t already know.
Games will start @ 9:30 a.m. sharp! All players should arrive no later than 9:15 a.m. Those few players with extenuating circumstances that don’t allow them to arrive by 9:15 a.m. should work it out with their manager.
May 2023 Tues. & Thurs. - batting practice Wednesday - games continue thru Sept. 27
June & July 2023 Tues. & Thurs. - batting practice Wednesday - games continue thru Sept. 27 July 25 – July 30----- A bye week for all teams. Volunteers may be needed to help run an event sponsored by Medford Parks & Rec. If no event is scheduled by the city, the bye will be canceled and games scheduled.
August 2023 Tues. & Thurs. - batting practice resumes the week of July 31st Wednesday - games resume on August 2 thru September 27
September 2023 Tues. & Thurs. - batting practice Wednesday - games continue thru Sept. 27 September 27 --- Last game of the season. Only one game will be played and then we go to Wild River Brewing Company in Medford for pizza and a general members' meeting. This meeting is when we elect officers and discuss proposed rule changes for the upcoming year.
October & November 2023 Tues. & Thurs. – batting practice Wednesday - Pickup games for those who want to play ball. Informal team selection.
